I’m an application coach with student advisor experience. Holding a Masters of Arts in Educational Leadership focusing on Higher Education, I’ve worked with college students and alumni in over 1,000 advising appointments. As a teaching assistant at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, I met individually with students to coach them through the transition from college to the working world. At the Career Services Department of a local community college, I enjoyed teaching workshops on campus and in the community.
My college application work with families began over a decade ago when I served as the PTSO President of Ann Arbor Huron High School. I knew many families, and noticed a few high achieving seniors slipping past deadlines. With children of my own receiving generous scholarships at top schools, I helped families catch up in applying, and these students did very well with admission and scholarship offers.
Through a friend, I met a former Dean of Northwestern University – in a brief conversation it was she who encouraged me to create a business so I could help more families. My first official client received a full scholarship at a college that I introduced him to!
As of 2021, my students’ scholarship offer tally is over $10 million at top schools across the nation.
